For those of you who are local be sure to mark your calendar for the next D.C.Big Flea at the Dulles Expo Center, Saturday, March 1st 9 - 6 and Sunday, March 2nd from 11 - 5.If you've never been, you should check it out! There are always wonderful finds to be made! Linda and I will be there! Look for our booth in the North Hall Aisle B!

How much longer?

While the weatherforecasters blather on about snow and the dreaded, wintry mix, we remain happily in denial within the cheery walls of the cottage. If you want to join us in ushering in Spring, then come on in. What snow? What wintry mix? Not in here. No sir, no way.

Another week is ending -- that makes it that much sooner til Spring! I'm counting the days until the warm sunshine brings us into the next season -- one of my most favorite. It's a great time of renewal and new beginnings. Not to mention the Paris Flea (sorry -- a shameless promotion). Oh, but I do so love the Paris Flea.
Mark your calendars now so you don't miss it. It will take place on Friday, April 25th and Saturday, April 26th 10 - 5.
Thought I'd post a photo of the awesome lockers that just came into the shop! Aren't they fabulous? How much fun to decorate a child's bedroom or office with those!
